A strong Cougars Under9s Whites delivered a positive performance at Hitchin Town Youth at the weekend in what was a very close match. Buntingford’s Beau Quinn was on great form as he showed class and physical presence netting a hat trick. William Brown sealed the deal for Tom Curtis’ Cougars with a penalty kick rocketed into the back of the net. Tyler Jordan had a strong game in goal and the consistent Miles Arnold was strong in defence as always. Skipper TJ Curtis was influential in central midfield whilst Brown ran riot down the flanks. Quinn and Henry Dowsett later in the game adapted to their defensive and attacking roles respectively. Dowsett and Jordan were both awarded the man of the match accolade with excellent performances.
