BY GEORGE COUGARS U13S WHITES ARE WINNING AGAIN

Cougars Under13s Whites travelled to Harlow on Sunday to face Paringdon Tigers and it was a case of the Cougars taming the Tigers as Dean Howard’s side came away victors with the odd goal in three. It puts the side fourth in their division and three games unbeaten in the Mid Herts Rural League.

In the first half the visitors were two goals up with no reply after well taken goals from Kameron Weston and George Godfrey.  After the interval Cougars were pegged back by a goal and found themselves hanging on in the last few minutes to secure a two – one victory.

Manager Dean Howard was pleased praising his players and saying “It was difficult conditions and difficult opposition but every player contributed today to a really good performance. We can’t wait for the next match now.”
