You will see that each age group has an allocated time based on their squad size i.e. larger squads = more time. Either side of the presentation slot there will be a half hour window for the next age group to arrive and the previous age group to leave – of course people can stay for a drink after their presentation, if they stay though then we expect them to respect the next age group on and that might mean giving up seats nearer the stage.
