Girl’s football has seen a huge growth in recent years aided by the successes of England’s Lionesses. Buntingford Cougars has always had lots of girls playing within the setup of our mixed teams across a range of different age groups but the club has ambitions to do much more. 

For the 2024/25 season we have squads at U9s, U12s, U13s and we would like to expand the number of girls teams we have even more in the coming years.

If you’re interested in joining Cougars, please get in touch with us! We’d love to have you be a part of the club either within a mixed team setting or within a dedicated girls team when we start to get enough players at an individual age group. 

Typically our girls teams would enter the Herts Girls Partnership league and age groups cover 2 school years.
