On Saturday Buntingford’s Under11’s Whites welcomed Welwin Garden City to Edwinstree School. After an entertaining but goal less first half Cougars made some changes at the interval.
In the second half the hosts were on the receiving end of the Edwinstree slope and on the back foot for much of the half. A physical opposition pressed and despite some stout defending the inevitable goal came for the visitors early in the second half before Archie Prior scored for. There were many positives for Cougars with man of the match Oscar Kennedy pulling off some great saves. Harry Nicholas is making a full back position his own, and Toby Weston were superb.
