Buntingford’s Under10’s Blues started their season hosting Pin Green Juniors with four year veteran Austin Cook being awarded with the captaincy following his impressive training performances. With Oliver Mckinley in goal and Liam Neill and Mason Pugh in fine form at the back Cougars were a hard unit to break down. Cook, Blue Salmon and James Tungatt bossed the midfield brilliantly and Lal Wennington was on form up front. Cougars scored several goals with the best coming from Salmon with a fantastic free kick which nearly ripped the net. Overall it was great team performance with James Tungatt scooping Man of the Match.
