Cougars Under13’s Whites travelled down the A10 to face Ware Lions on Sunday and found themselves on the receiving end of an early start from the home wide as Ware were three up after twenty minutes. Dean Howard’s side though sparked into life before half time and struck back through a Max Young left foot strike and a Tom Carter double strike either side of half time to equalise. Mid way through the second Cougars then went ahead for the first time with a Yann Boulter goal before Ware evened things up with the eighth goal of the game. It was a good match for Cougars with some fluid passing, committed tackling and creative play.
